iCloud: "Copy Link" does not show up on macOS

Hi! I seem to have problems with the iCloud sharing feature on macOS. So whenever I select "Share" in for example Photos (which is successfully using iCloud) or in the iCloud Drive folder using secondary click and then "Share" no "Copy Link" or similar appears anywhere. And when I click on "Edit Extensions" I see "Copy Link" is activated. See screenshots:

I disabled and enabled it, but doesn't seem to change anything. This feature works well on my iOS / iPad OS devices.

Am I missing something? Thank you ahead!
