Iphone 11 Pro

My refurbished Iphone 11 Pro shows an issue when zooming over 2x both for photo and video: the pictures moves up and down as if it was switching between cameras or changing focus. In photos it doesn't happen if I raise exposure. I already tried reboot & reset as in previous answers. Thanks

iPhone pro models consist of 3 cameras: wide, ultrawide, and telephoto. When you zoom in, the iPhone switches between these cameras and therefore you will get the shifting effect.

Thanks, the thing is: after 2x and not changing the zoom, i get the image moving continuously between 2 positions every 1/2 second
