Can't find the macOS 10.13 update

Can't find the first 10.13 so i can move up from 10.12-6. All I see is 10.13.6 and that asks for 10.13

10.13.6 is the only full 10.13 installer Apple offers, all other 10.13.x offers are updates requiring a previous version of 10.13 already o n the Mac...

10.13.0 is no longer availble, if the 10.13.6 you have says you need an earlier 10.13.x then you have the combo update., not the full 10.13.6 Installer, which is the only 10.13 full Installer that Apple offers...
