I have put much time placing logically my app's icon on my Watch .... and Watch OS has shuffled that around and made a mess.
Do you have any idea what I can do about that and how to prevent that from happening other than not upgrading ?

On WatchOS 9, I arranged my apps by topics. Each app in the diamond (see below) was the main app of a topic.
OS9 always displayed the same app in the center of the display (here the now defunct Clock app). I was able to add some on top without restriction while the center of the display remained always the same. Each app of the diamond (except the horizontal middle line) was the beginning of a triangle of apps on the same topic. This way, I had 6 possible topics accessible at will.
With OS10, the center app remains the same but I am now unable to add some at the top.
I hope this limitation will be changed.
Watch OS 10 shuffles app display .. grrr !
