How do I make the left monitor (of two) the main monitor?

I just connected a new Mac mini (late 2012 running Catalina 10.15.7) to my current two monitor setup. No matter what I do - arrange monitors in System Prefs, connect the left monitor first, AND swap cables, the right monitor is always the main monitor. Do I have to physically move the monitors? They are mounted on a dual monitor stand.

I replaced my old Mac mini (Late 2012) which did have the left monitor chosen as the main monitor. But I noticed on boot-up the right monitor seemed to be the main monitor. Once booted it switched to the left. This new computer also boots on the right monitor no matter what I do, short of physically moving the monitors. They are LG monitors.

Holy (expletive delete) that was easy. I did not realize dragging the white bar while looking at arrangement in System Prefs was possible. I'm really surprised that swapping cables did not work. That did the trick.
