iPhone 13 Says battery is unrecognized out of the blue
Newish 13 that has never had the battery replaced sends me a warning that the battery is unrecognized, any solutions/reasons for this?

Troubleshooting an Unrecognized Battery:
Take this in for Service:
You are getting this message, because it is detecting this battery as being "Ungenuine"***. So, having never gotten the battery replaced, it seems to be a bug on Apple's part, and not yours. So, set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, it will be looked at and you'll be provided with your options.
