quick reply is not working after ios 17 update on iphone 13

I had updated my iPhone 13 as iOS 17 release for it.

after updating I notice some change like I am not able to do quick reply to my WhatsApp and Instagram which was working fine in ios16. Also I notice that for changing face Id and passcode option is also not available. I tried to find out in setting both option but can not.

Please help me for the same

Texting and Face ID stopped working. Texting to Android users stopped working after 17.1.1 on iPhone 13. Also, no Face ID. I shut down and restarted the phone. I made sure that Messages-send as SMS was on. Made sure that Messages —MMS messaging was on.
