I have updated to IOS 17 but the problem prevails. I can switch data off or on in settings however.
There's never been a way to shut data off from Control Center.

I'm not sure what you mean. It is in the picture, the green one that seems blurred. It no longer functions.
That doesn't shut off data, it leads to a menu that gives you the option to shut off cellular data; WiFi data will still work.

It shuts off cellular data.
The fact that it is dimmed indicates cellular data is currently turned off.
On the control center, I can’t turn my data off or on. How do I fix this?
