Sound cutting in and out since last iOS 17 update on iPhone
Yesterday I installed the new iOS17 and now the sound is cutting every time I talk to someone using Wi-Fi call.

Please make sure that your carrier settings are up to date: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If they were, or updating them didn't help, go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and turn it off, then restart your iPhone. Once your iPhone is back to the Home screen, turn Wi-Fi Calling back on and test the issue.
If the sound still stops after trying those steps, are you unable to hear the caller, or are they unable to hear you?
