Hi,
in the last couple of weeks whenever I get a notification on my Apple Watch such as Exercise Goal achieved, the name on the notification is not mine but it is the name of someone in my contacts! I can see that I have logged in with my Apple ID so not sure how this has happened or how to resolve. Does anyone know?

Have you tried restarting the watch since you noticed this happening?
Restart Apple Watch - Apple Support
If a restart doesn't rectify the issue let's try unpairing the watch and repairing it.
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
If that doesn't correct the issue then we recommend contacting Apple Support directly.
