I'm getting so tired I have to scroll endlessly through useless system fonts like Noto it's not even funny anymore.
I'm using Rightfont as a font manager but unlike some comments here it (obviously) will not let me deactivate system fonts.
Is there a fix/hack to deactivate or delete these?

Yes, ask the developer of the app that is showing them to you to fix their software. They are not supposed to show them and can easily fix the problem with a single line of code.
