How can I file a claim with Apple?

Hello, I would like to know how I can file a formal claim with Apple.

I bought an Apple Watch 44mm LTE from May 2023 to use in the pool. Well, once I put it in the pool with the water mode activated, the crown stopped working. I got it back after leaving it in rice for 2 days.

I contact Apple technical support for an express replacement and to my surprise I have no right to do so, since the device is working.

And in the meantime, I pay for Apple Care+ every month religiously with an Apple Watch that I bought to use in the pool without being able to use it for this purpose, because I am afraid that water will get in again and it will spoil me. It's absurd!

I would like to know where I can file a claim with Apple because I understand that the product being under warranty and also I paying for the Apple Care+ should be entitled to express replacement.

Can someone help me? Has it happened to anyone else?

Regards

You have already started discussion with Apple Support, so you should continue with that route. The relevant options are set out on the web site at https://support.apple.com/

However, I will point out that it is very unusual for electronics to recover in any way if there is damage due to water ingress. Water failures are almost always permanent and immediately fatal to the device. It seems more likely your original problem was a software glitch (which was probably cleared by a restart) rather than water related.
