New Nike Face does not accept the 24 hrs time display

My watch is set to the 24 HRS Display option but the new NIKE Watch Face stays stuck displaying time from 00:00 AM to 12:59 PM.

The 24 hrs option does not kick in.

Possibly an issue with the App itself? All other faces are switching to 24 hrs display but not the new Nike Watch face

Update: the iOS update version 17.0.1 pushed today fixed it.
