After the update storage increased 11 GBs!
The storage page in settings is so bad, works hardly & numbers r not the same everywhere
if I deleted something the storage increase
I turned the iPhone off many time but things keep going even worse!

That is not altogether unusual. Your phone is re-indexing a lot of data. Mine increased too at first. Then just checking mine now, after doing the update Monday (so 2 days later), storage is as it should be. Depending on how much data on your iPhone, it could take a couple days to fully re-index everything.

I had only 36 GB before the update
after update it became 46,9 GB
now after trying so hard & re-downloading many apps it became 44 GB
how many days it would take?
I installed IOS17 once it released on Monday
Still no solution from Apple...i live in Greece and the support told me just to restart my phone. So they have no instructions for solution and that might be for only one reason. They have already so many other problems to solve , relating to updating to IOS 17, so we will wait.
P.S. Iphone SE 2020 64gb, that had under 25gb before IOS 17 and i received the "storage full" after updating.
I can't answer that question. Give it some time.
Have you performed a Forced Restart (something I do after EVERY iOS update)?
