Was my iPhone hacked?

I have a question so I let a stranger use my iPhone to call someone because her phone didn’t have WiFi, so I gave it to her but I didn’t watch her while she was using it she used it about 3 minutes do u think she could of put a virus or hacked my iPhone while she was on it? Or could she have stolen information in my phone?
