Notifications gone IOS 17

I updated to IOS 17 and now I’m not hearing GMail sound notifications nor Viber sound notifications. They both appear to be turned on in my iPhone settings (iPhone 13 mini). Please correct!

Seems like IOS 17 forces you to have banner notifications on to get sound notifications. I don’t want banner notifications on

I have banners turned on and I am not getting them either! Or sound.
