My Apple Watch is no longer notifying me when I have messages or emails. It did before I installed the latest update. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I've tried rebooting my watch and my phone. I made sure my watch mirrors my phone and the buttons to receive notifications are activated and still nothing.

I have a series 7, I didn't get notifications for mail and messages if I set my watch to 'mirror my phone'. When I set the mail and message notifications individually on the watch app, I get notifications. Hope this helps
Notifications appear on your Apple Watch or iPhone, but not both. If your iPhone is unlocked, you get notifications on your iPhone instead of your Apple Watch. If your iPhone is locked or asleep, you get notifications on your Apple Watch, unless your Apple Watch is locked. For more info, see:

I'm having the same issue. Thought it was because I had an older watch and it persisted after updating everything. So, I upgraded to a series 9 and it's still not getting all my notifications. Mostly text messages are the issue and it doesn't seem to matter if it is an iMessage or SMS.
I’m having the same issue and have followed the same steps. Notifications aren’t being received on the watch even when the iPhone is locked/sleep. This happened after updating to the new OS.
I’m still having the same problem and it hasn’t been solved by the phone being locked or asleep. Does anyone have another suggestion?
