New phone. Now Apple Watch doesn’t get notifications.
I’ve not made any changes to the watch app. Everything should mirror my phone. When I check messages on the watch, they are there. I’m just not getting notifications.

Did you also force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
