Is there a tool or something for troubleshooting setting up a private domain with iCloud+? I have followed all the instructions I can find to the "T" and still cannot get my email to work.
Maybe a chat option so I could work this out with someone?

It turns out to not be user error at all; my old domain host is making the transition as difficult as possible. Even though my domain is now hosted through iCloud, my email IMAP/SMTP settings have to point to the old host’s servers in order to work. The Apple support technicians that helped me over the weekend were AWESOME and dedicated. It took about 8 hours to resolve the issue. Resolve isn’t the right word, because as soon as the IMAP/SMTP settings are released to Apple, I’ll have to update the settings again. And I am losing email in the process.
