I am registering an Apple developer account, but because my registration location is in the United States and my payment mobile phone is in Vietnam, I cannot switch to Vietnam to use credit card payment. Is there any solution?

Based on previous issues reported around here, the Apple Developer enrollment expects an email-format Apple ID and not a mobile telephone format Apple ID, and expects a major payment method associated with the Apple ID and that payment method and associated address in the same country or region associated with the Apple ID. An Apple ID balance or gift card or mobile telephone format Apple ID will not be acceptable.
