doceri is keeping on crashing after ios17 updates

i updated my ipad 10 on ios17

but then i found doceri is having trouble in creating new documents and it started crashing

Cannot open or preview Word (.docx) or Excel (.xlsx) documents in ios after ios 18 update After recent updates, I can not preview or open DOCX or XLSX files from an iPhone or Macbook Pro. I tried the solutions mentioned in the "Pages no longer opens Word (.docx) document… - Apple Community" and got to some level on macOS (still having issues but at least changed the default app to Word) but could not solve the problem on IOS. I have WORD, EXCEL, and Microsoft 365 on ios. I uninstalled and reinstalled them; I reset them, but no solution. I restarted my phone and mbp many times. I also tried sharing the files with the appropriate apps. I could not share the file with Word or Microsoft 365. I cannot see Word or Microsoft 365 when trying to share. When I change the file to .doc, iPhone recognizes the file, and then I can share it or open it with Word or Microsoft 365. When there is docx/xlsx, the iPhone cannot recognize the files. I cannot preview them or open them with Microsoft or Apple applications. What is the solution? Thanks.

Check for app updates, then contact the app vendor: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support
