Facetime calling feature

Hi,

A much needed feature in facetime.

When we make a call via facetime from one device to another device which does not have network connection either by wifi or mobile network. The person who is calling is not aware if the other person is getting the call notification or not. There should be a way by which the caller has to know if the call is being reached.

Also, if the receiver's data is turned off, he is not intimated that the call is made by a person.

This is a really needed feature.
