Widget language on iOS 17

After updating my iPhone to iOS 17 I have problem widget language. If I choose specific language on app settings it won’t change widget to that language and follow iPhone language. For example if I change weather app language to Arabic and my iPhone in English the widget will be in English. I try this on another apps and same thing happened. Is it bug on iOS 17?
