USB A to USB C cable
Can I use any standard USB A to USB C cable for CarPlay for iPhone 15 pro? I’m not concerned with fast charging.

Any issues with charging too much or not enough? I don't want to damage any circuits in my phone with cheap non-apple cables.
I see Belkin makes a "Pro" cable sold on Apple.com, so it must be safe even if bought on amazon?

Just finished setting both phones up and the cables work perfectly. No CarPlay connection issues at all.
You likely can as long as it's decent quality and permits data to transfer.
I bought this for my new to arrive iPhone 15 Pro Max for my car:

I'll know tomorrow if there is any issue, but I don't expect there to be.
You're very welcome. I really like these cables because they are coiled and extend when you need them to extend, but don't dangle much when you aren't plugged in. In my car (Genesis GV70), the USB plug is under a lid that opens. This lets me hide the cable completely when not plugged in.
Yeah, you can use that
Please let us know if it works. I have read of a couple problems with CarPlay and the 15Pro. I really need CarPlay to work!
thx for the update!
Thanks!!
You're very welcome.
