I received a virus alert with Google logo and I opened it. It started a search which appears to be remote in my phone. I also have all Apple devices and they are connected. Should I be worried the a scammer has accessed devices? I immediately got out of email and reported to google. I did not give any personal information to email.

Delete the email just as you would with any piece of junk. Anyone can send them from anywhere all over the globe. There is nothing special about using a Google logo or any other. Criminals don't care about trademarks.
