Control centre and watch faces gone

I upgraded to OS10 on 19 September and can no longer find Control Centre by swiping up (or anywhere else) nor can I change watch faces by swiping left or right. Everything else seems to working fine. I have rebooted but that makes no difference. I’d be grateful for any help.

See other thread about this ridiculous change. Apple have made the watch unusable - not point having different faces as you have to workaround to get to them - Then the complications have to load. An utter, utter shambles.

Apple doesn't read here in this user-to-user forum for feedback or suggestions. You can, however, let them know your thoughts here:

My understanding, however, is that the swipe to change faces feature was removed because it was problematic for so many people.
