Apple Watch Activity bands (complications) not registering on Series 5 watch after OS 10 upgrade
Upgraded to Watch OS 10 this morning after upgrading iPhone OS last night. Activity is no longer working since upgrade.

A good first step for a concern of this nature will be to ensure that the Activity App is properly configured and working on your device. Track daily activity with Apple Watch covers the steps and options to ensure that is correctly set up.
If that is true and you just updated today, try restarting your Apple Watch which is always a good step for unexpected software concerns. Test that complication on different Apple Watch faces to see if the problem only occurs in a specific combination.
Barring all those, you can erase and then pair the Apple Watch again and note any changes before contacting Apple Support for further investigation.
