iMessage
My iPhone says uploading to iCloud paused when I open the message app.
I used up all my cloud storage. I think if I were to add more storage that message will go away which I’m trying to make it go away.

With this using iCloud storage and if it is full that message would remain until space is free which following Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support.
