Hi, it has been some time that i am not able to open any notes made by me and when I try to empty the bin, it just goes on and on, I have to cancel the deleting process in order to stop it.

Two things to try:
1-Update to Ventura 13.5.2
2-Boot into safemode then back to your default account and test bin and Notes.

Thanks, I recently got a new Ventura 13.6 update and after installing it, all issues has been resolved.
