My Apple ID is Deactivted

Hello, I had an Apple ID with which I have downloaded the whatsapp and other apps, after that i changed the Apple ID and now when i try to updte this apps igt asks me to enter the Apple ID, so when i trying use login into this apple ID its says that " This Apple ID is not active", please help me activate this Apple ID in order to resolve the update issue.
