Female Lightning to female Lightning adapter

I have a set of apple earphones with a male Lightning to plug into an iPhone. However, I want to use the earphones with a sandisk music device, which has an output 3.5mm audio female to plug into… so I can use a standard 3.5mm female to Lightning dongle to plug into the sandisk. All I now need is a female to female Lightning adapter, so I can plug the dongle to one end of the female Lightning and the male Lightning from the apple earphones into the other end of the female adapter. Seems simple enough but every female to female adapter I can find has female lighting one end and usb-c on the other end. Please help !!!
