Electric shock

As a customer of yours who has been using MacBook Pro for years, I am very complaining.

My message must be forwarded to the relevant engineering department.

Your users may not have perfect electrical grounding and electrical installations in their homes or offices.

While the charging cable is plugged in, the metal body of the MacBook Pro electrocutes the user with mini electric shocks.

This situation threatens the health of your customers and should be addressed as a priority!

Moreover, the speakers have a chronic deterioration problem.

Moreover, the film coating of the screen is terrible.

It's time to upgrade my computer and I'm going to buy a computer that won't kill me with an electric shock. I will never buy a Mac again.

I want an urgent response via e-mail.

Kind regards,

have a nice day.
