I noticed that my personal voicemail message set with my carrier is not used when Live Voicemail is enabled. The message is very vague and does not confirm for the caller they have reached the right party. As I use this phone for work, how can I set a personal greeting?

I have turned off Live Message on my iPhone 15 since the screen for VoiceMail has now changed and dioesn't work. Previous to this there was a tab in the middle of the screen that you pressed and where connected to your Voice Mail, now they have a another thing that says "Carrier Voicemail" on the left had on the screen and a "Call" on the right hand side. You press "Call" and nothing happens. See screenshots below. Not sure how to go back to the original screen before Live Voicemail was instituted by Apple. I need a fix from Apple.
