why can i not use custom ringtones for a text or voicemail

custom ringtones are only in the ringtone section they used to be in the text tone and voicemail tones but not now is it a bug

Ringtones allowed to be text tones - please fix I have use apparently ringtones for text tones and now I am not allowed to do new contacts that I would assign those specific ringtone/text tone anymore. Why can I no longer use things under ringtones as a text tones? I bought some specific things that used to be labeled under text tones on the App Store that I have set for my text tones. My phone no longer lets me use them and has them shuffled under ringtones and I am quite upset because I paid money for these and I would like to be able to use them how they were intended upon purchase.
