Why can I no longer use things under ringtones as a text tones?

I bought some specific things that used to be labeled under text tones on the App Store that I have set for my text tones. My phone no longer lets me use them and has them shuffled under ringtones and I am quite upset because I paid money for these and I would like to be able to use them how they were intended upon purchase.
