Text Tones Missing From Current List On iPhone.
Missing text tones how can I get them back? I had text tones for special people and they are no longer available in the list. Is there any way to retrieve them?

OK, so the only way I can post the solution I found for missing text tones is to ask the question. Here is the solution I found to retrieve 3 previous text tones. In Safari go to https://meloboom.com. Search for the text tone you want to retrieve. There may be several versions so listen to them to find the correct one. Download the tone. When you have the tone on you iPhone select the Share icon (looks like a box with a up arrow). Select More and then select "Use as Ringtone". Now either go to Settings + Sounds & Haptics + Text Tone. Scroll down to Ringtones and you will find your downloaded tone in the list. To use it for a specific individual message, Open Contacts and locate the individual. Select Edit + Text Tone. Again scroll down to Ringtones and select the tone from the list. I'm not sure if all the old Apple tones are in the Meloboom library but I did fine all three tones I used before Apple delhttps://meloboom.com.
