I have an old 4th Generation iPad, which I use only on the bathroom with a wireless speaker while I take a shower. I have tried to use my 5G Wi-Fi with this iPad, with no success. The iPad works fine on every public Wi-Fi I take it with me, for testing.
I suspect it is the iPad capability to manage the 5G network, but I don't know for sure.
Does anyone around have some intelligence about my issue?

Public networks often run both 2.4GHz and 5GHz with the same network name. It's entirely possible your iPad is only connecting to 2.4GHz, or that there's something wrong with your setup at home.
Do you have separate networks for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz? Do you have any other Apple devices?

It should, but it doesn't. I have followed all the tricks mentioned on YouTube, with no success.
I know it's not the hardware, since it works fine on any public network.
