Invitation expired

Exited from family and now organizer sent another invitation. When clicking the invitation I get ‘invitation expired’. Organizer sends invitation again but I don’t get it.

Hi oded144,

To ensure you're able to accept the invite, make sure you and the organizer are in the same region and both devices are running the latest software versions and both devices have been restarted to refresh running processes. Check out how to update iOS here: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

To further isolate the issue, ask the organizer to send the Family Sharing invitation by a different method. So if they're sending the invite by text, ask them to send by email to see if that helps clear things up. The organizer will see Email as an invite option when selecting the family member to invite.

If the issue continues, then reach out to Apple Support directly to help investigate the behavior. You can use the following link to reach out: Apple Support

Kind regards.

Regards.
