Purchasing for someone else

I live in one country, my wife lives in another. I want to buy and pay for a gift with my card, but so that the delivery is to her country of residence and the recipient is in another country

This isn't possible at this time. You could potentially purchase a gift card for the device and send it to them to order themselves.

Do you know if it is possible to arrange delivery to Norway if there is no official appstore in there? And if it possible, how much will the delivery cost if the total purchase cost approximately 2300 US dollars?
