Cancel pre-order (ordered by mistake in a different country shop)

Hey guys - really am fishing for an Apple support representative here -

the issue is that i pre-ordered an Iphone 15 pro max, on the 15th of September and only after confirming the order I noticed that the country was Ireland (but I live in Cyprus), So now my address is is Ireland, not Cyprus (however, I am quite sure there's not a city named Limassol in Ireland). Also, there is no official Apple store in Cyprus, only a re-seller.

I tried to cancel the order, but there was no cancel order button in my order page, at some point I thought they'd figure out the order address was wrong and cancel the order, but, this night my bank authorised the full payment for the phone I can't physically pick up in Ireland, and, quite frankly, no longer need - since the official retail price in Cyprus is actually lower AND i get to physically touch the phone before I buy it.

Please, apple support, connect with me and help me cancel & refund my order before it is shipped to Limassol, Ireland. :)
