iPhone 11 failed software update
Tried updating software 48 hours ago but it isn’t working so I can’t turn my phone on or off it’s just saying swipe to upgrade but I have already done that and it still hasn’t worked

If you haven't already, try to force restart your iPhone to see if that helps to regain control of your iPhone and update the software. Here's a guide to show you how, just in case: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If that helps, try updating one more time: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
