Remote diagnotic via support app doesn't work iPhone 14 pro

I have needed to contact Apple support for a few things on my 14 pro but when they try to run a remote diagnostic on my phone, the option to allow the connection does not come up.


I have been told to look under settings>privacy & security>analytics and improvements but nothing ever appears there.


Should I be looking elsewhere?
