can you connect the new iPhone 15 pro to an older iPhone using the USB C to lightning connector to migrate?

No, it doesn't work that way.

Quick start is mighty neat. Nothing to connect. Just hover the camera over your current phone and the migration starts! It all happens over the air. It's actually remarkable.
