2. The Warranty will only be valid in the U.S. So if you need any service or repair under warranty, you will need to physically take the Phone back to the U.S to get it repaired under Warranty. Apple does not accept international shipments for service.
3. You must pick up the new iPhone in store or have it delivered to a U.S address that is not an international freight forwarder. Apple will not ship purchases to known Freight forwarders and will cancel your order if you use an address for one of them.

If you're outside the USA, you won't be able to place the order.
