I don’t want to update my payment information, I just want you to run my card again. Why can’t I do this simple thing?

My debit card was rejected. Then I got paid. Now it won’t get ejected but Apple refuses to run the card again. I only have one card. That’s how I roll. Please help.

1) Go to this site ➞

Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

2) Select your country

3) Select "Choose a product" under "See all products"

4) Choose a category where you need help, then continue to work your way through the selections until you find one that provides a chat or telephone call.
