How do I turn the ring flash on with iPhone 14
I’m trying to turn the flash on with the ringer on my iPhone 14, I can’t find it like I did on my phone for work

It sounds like you might be referring to a setting found under Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual. You'd tap "LED Flash for Alerts" and from there can configure it: Get LED flash alerts on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
