IWATCH BUG

My Iwatch is connected on my Iphone. But the problem is when I open watch app on iphone it says Get Connected? I trouble shoot phone and watch. And both devices have the latest update is this a bug?

I reset my iwatch and now it won’t pair My iwatch was glitchy so I decided to reset it. I tried pairing it again with my iPhone and it said there was an update available. It prompts me to update it first, but then I get the message below. I already restarted my phone and iwatch, I re-downloaded the iwatch app, I made sure that my Bluetooth and wifi was ok but nothing! 😭 please help. I keep getting the same message.

Take a moment to restart both your Apple Watch and iPhone:

After that, ensure they're connected again in Control Center on your Apple Watch and let us know if the issue persists.
