If you have the Intel Killer Intelligence Centre, turn off the Prioritisation Engine within its Settings.

Alternatively turn off IPV6 in your network adaptor setting.

These are temporary fixes until either Intel updates its Killer application (they had an update in August which then causes this problem) or iCloud sorts out something with its app.
