After latest update, the menu where you swipe up and can set the water mode is gone

I am afraid to go in the pool without being blue to set the water feature

Water mode not responding I am no longer able to engage the water lock mode. All other features I can engage from swiping up on Home Screen but the water lock mode is not responding. I have tried removing and re adding it. Help please! I love using this function

Move the water lock icon to second place not fifth I want to hit the side button and see the water lock icon rather than have to scroll down to find it. Can i somehow move it up ?
