Apple Health Will Not Connect to Medical Records

I'm currently running iOS 17.0.1 and Apple Health will not connect to my medical records anymore. When I select my hospital network and log in, I get a warning page from the hospital's system (they use Cerner) saying "Warning: Unknown App" and I can choose "Go Back" or "Proceed Anyway". I'll then select "Proceed Anyway" and I'm taken to another page saying "Allow Unknown App to access your health information?", then I click allow access, and a spinning circle will come on the screen. Almost immediately after the circle pops up, the phone will say "Unable to Connect. Try Adding Account Later." I've been trying this for almost 2 days now. How much later do I need to wait?

Thanks for reaching out WarEagleTN80,

If you're having trouble with using the health features on your device, your best bet would be to get in touch with Apple for assistance. You can connect with Apple directly using either Get Support or if you're in a region without direct support options, you can also Contact Apple for support and service.

Hope that helps.

Take care.
